Dear Prospective (Defense) Attorney,
There should be a racketeering claim to be had against CAR, every major Brokerage, Broker and Agent in the CA for the past 40 years and possibly the CA DRE.
There should also be claims to be had against 110,000 Active Brokers as well as 330,000 active agents. As crazy as this sounds, what they've been engaging in was far CRAZIER and they just got called out.
As of now 3 docs for your review.
The first is a solicitation Document. It's an ice breaker. Take it for what it's worth.
The second is an introduction with case precedents compared to contract clauses. It doesn't get grosser than that.
The third is adding details.
I am sending this to Defense Attorneys (and many others) now for 2 reasons.
You may not have realized this was in play . You may want to see it end. You may or may not want to be involved in the Prosecution of those involved given the truly predatory nature of them.
You are a Defense Attorney. To get more business more people need to be sued. Your assistance with publicizing this situation will cause lawsuits, and that's what creates the needs for your services, so we all benefit in that sense too.
